Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product is defective
  • Product received is incorrect

To be eligible:

  • Request must be raised within 14 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging and accessories
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory (from opening the sealed package)

Requests that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Cases

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection by the customer
  • Products without proper proof (unboxing video)
  • Used or damaged items after delivery

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Share your order details and unboxing video
  • Our team will verify the issue and approve the request

After approval, we will arrange a replacement or return pickup, based on availability.

Refund Policy

Once the return is approved:

  • Refund will be issued to:
    • Original payment method, or
    • Blushik wallet (if applicable)
  • Refund will be processed within 2 business days from approval
  • Bank/payment processing time may vary

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed

Return Shipping

  • If the issue is due to our error, return shipping will be covered by us
  • Otherwise, return shipping charges may apply (if approved)
