How to Use:

- Mix Wella Professionals Welloxon Perfect 12% / 40 Vol Cream Developer with the chosen Wella hair color product in a non-metallic bowl. Follow the mixing ratio specified in the hair color instructions (usually 1:1 or 1:2, depending on the product and desired result).
